Like with BB and UMvC it's a perfect port in every regard with graphics slightly dumbed down to keep it the 60fps standard expected of the fighting genre. The game will only be as good as it originally was on console even with the Vita specific content meaning it will be in the 80s on Metacritic but won't outdo Rayman Origins. I honestly see SFxT Vita selling better due to it coming with every piece of DLC and unlocking that DLC onto your PS3 copy of the game free of charge, whereas consoles already have MK Komplete with all DLC for as low as $30.

Slightly?

I wonder why those images that have been upscaled to 960x544 look bad, can't quite put my finger on it.

SSF4 3D also got good reviews, but it didn't sell many 3DS's. I doubt most ports of recent games do much to move hardware.

Good as it may be, history shows it doesn't help move hardware.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

i doubt it, its a fighting game and a port. Its needs RPGs, great single player games, COD and appropriatly priced psn games. I still dont know why sony doesnt have all the psn content released on both the vita and ps3, Jouney should be on the Vita!

Oh my, they look so much better when they are not 4x the size of the Vita's screen.

Yeah, I had my Vita here, so I held it up to the PC so I could get the size right.

I really wonder why they do things like this though, considering the Vita has a built in screen shot function.

I understand where it came from, but there is a big issue with trying to portray a game's graphics when you blow up the picture to 4x the size.

That is all I was trying to point out.

For example, if you look at the picture of him playing on the Vita, it looks better than all the blown up pictures he posted, which makes sense since it is ~90-95% the actual size of the Vita and it's screen. It also doesn't look good when you made an article about the graphics being bad and not use proper screen shots.

Here is one he posted.

Now when scaled to PSVita screen size.

I am sure you notice the big difference right?

Does it look like the PS3 version? Of course not.

Could have probably looked much better though if you go by how Uncharted looked.
