I prefer Nintendo games over Sony's games as well, but that doesnt give me a reason to stop myself from opening myself to different parts of the gaming industry o.O.

I still say its biased loyalty, not forcing you to change your opinion just calling it out like it is, I mean go ahead, I was like you as well throughout the 1990s and early 2000s xD. Its just you should give it a try especially since your family has a PS3 unless I am mistakened o.O.

My brother is a Sony Fan and he has the PSP and PS3, that is enough Sony for me. If I wanted a game that was on the PS3 I would buy it and play it on his PS3, I would never actually buy one of their consoles and buy several of their games. Now that the Wii U is getting more support (compared to the Wii) I probally will never buy a game on PS3 again.

@NintendoPie Same goes for me. My family has an Xbox 360(though the disc drive is broken). I've played tons of games on it, mostly demos. I just don't find it my cup of tea and I've played plently of PS3 games too so maybe it's just my personal taste. At least I tried plus it's cheaper to own one console/handheld for me. At one time I thought of buying a PSP cause the Birth By Sleep was on there. Luckily my sis borrowed her friends PSP and I was able to play through the entire game. Also tired out many demos on the PSP via the store. It was slightly better than I thought but nothing my DS(this was before 3DS) couldn't provide. Like I said, it's just my personal taste and few other tiny things as to why I stay with Nintendo. I'm sure there are some hidden gems to be found on the other systems.

I don't care either way. For me, Smash Bros. isn't really all that fun. I played the Gamecube game for a weekend and the Wii game for a week, maybe. The draw was seeing these big icons fight against each other. This game could play exactly the same but seeing Kratos fight Parappa the Rappa just doesn't have the same feeling as seeing Mario fighting Donkey Kong. These guys just aren't icons.

My only hang-up is that it looks like it borrows too much from Smash Bros. The mechanics just aren't original (from what I've seen). It would be one thing if they did a mascot fighting game with mechanics like Power Stone or Outfoxies. This gameplay is just Smash Bros. with a coat of paint.

so  it would be better if it was more like Power Stone or Outfoxies?

okay so let me get this straight

if Battle Royale was a copy of Power Stone then it WOULDN'T be a copy?

if Battle Royale was a copy of Outfoxies then it WOULDN'T be a copy? <-- Outfoxies and Smash Bros are just alike but whatever..

if Battle Royale was a copy of Smash Bros then IT IS a copy?

lol

Haven't you figured it out yet? Only Sony copies and they only copy Nintendo, everything else is Fair Game...welcome to VGChartz mentality ¬_¬

I don't think Rock Band necessarily killed off Guitar Hero, maybe to a certain degree. What really killed it was Activision releasing multiple pointless iterations and people eventually got fed up with the series.

I actually think it did. With Rock Band's ultra massive DLC possibilities, there was almost no need to buy another rhytm game ever again. They even killed off their own series using that strategy.

However... I am fully aware that Sony probably won't be able to do the same thing with PS All-Stars...

Sony has a massive first, second and third party roster. They've also confirmed DLC. If they actually sell this during the holiday season bundled with PS3's? Holy hell.

Ezio definetly would be in this game considering how big the series is. I don't see why not.

Yah. I agree.

What would his Level 3 Super be though?

He calls all of the other assassians throughout history and they all kill the other oppenents in a puff of smoke. Or he does it himself for whoever is caught in it.

Lol, PS3 is not like that other console. It has lots of games!

What other console.

Also, I was thinking he only bought it because of that one game, not also for Uncharted and Bioshock. So he bought it for only three games.

7 games if you count all the ones in the series, 8 if you count the bioshock coming out this year.

edit: Also there are plenty others I'm sure he'll eventually buy, and HappyD is an adult with adult money so he can afford a PS3 a long with a Wii U a little later on.
