Forums - Gaming - EA’s PS3 Exclusive FPS From Black Troll Studios May No Longer Be Exclusive

which interenet was it which was on fire? i believe not the internet i'm using

but still, new games can never be wrong

Around the Network

Never heard about it.

Losing exclusives is why it is important for manufacturers to have stakes in studios or their own studios to ensure exclusives drive sales on their platform.

wait what? :S I don't recall this from last year..does anyone here remember it?

if it´s a First Person Shooter then it should rather be Xbox exclusive, the americans can´t get enough of them,

Proudest Platinums - BF: Bad Company, Killzone 2 , Battlefield 3 and GTA4

Multiplatform makes a lot of sense. Didn't know about this game in development though.

Really? Even I remember a mention of this game, wouldn't say it was on "fire" but there was definitely an article about it a while back(Wasn't really that big a deal, since nothing substantial ever been revealed), and quite likely the PS3 users were quoting the good ol' "Sony, spare my wallet" phrases like it was common during the 2011

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

I don't remember the internet on fire and I've never heard of this unnamed game or the developer.

It doesn't surprise me that EA would port to all systems. In fact it's stupid to ignore the money to be had on all platforms. But, anytime I hear about a 3rd party exclusive it surprised me. Why would any publisher forgo the profit of a multiplatform release when the PS3 and Xbox 360 on have half the market each?
