Its good in theory, but then we all know Television is Sonys worst division.

Its standard to offer great deals when your not doing good in the market.

Does that have anything to do with this? Their television division has lost a lot of money, but that does not mean this particular TV is bad

Yes it does. When someone is in the market for a TV, you do your research. I wouldnt invest in a brand that is well known is become severely downsized. SOme people would think that equates to the tv brand being of sub par quality.

But hey, its times like this where Sony has to become a loss leader to stay alive. It is a great deal but it all depends how many gamers are gonna jump on this.

Ahahahaha, dude you must be a troll account I mean seriously.

They are losing money because their tvs are 300 dollars more than samsungs at the same quality

Logically, this means the tvs are of equal quality (given that they already get a lot of their screens from samsung, go figure), but are overpriced (or samsung is underpriced). This tv being nearly half the price than it was previously (500$ to 300$) means that, according to infallible logic, this is both a quality set AND affordable.

Or as logic dictates the T.V. is not selling well so they lower the price to get rid of stock

Without order nothing can exist - without chaos nothing can evolve.

Thats an amazing deal. I was waiting for a while for is to be released in the UK, but the price is crazy here. Perfect tv for me as I'm off to uni next year. Buy it!

Logic clearly dictates that the model was overpriced.

When I bought it, it costs a lil more. So in a way I'm a little sore about being an earlier adopter. But oh well, that's the price early adopters pay. So it's not much of a thing to cry over.

good deal...

Shows you how insanely over priced it was that they haven't been able to get a market for them and are virtually giving them away to kill off the stock. It was the only way they were going to shift them.

Though, why anyone wants to play 3d on a 24inch screen is beyond me... actually, why anyone wants to play in 2d on a 24 inch screen is beyond me.

But why should you care, Sony and Gamestop's loss is your gain. Fill your boots.

I guess thats relevant.

Right? Because everyone owns a home, makes big bucks yearly and only plays in 60 inch minimum home theatre setups.

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

I got it for $279. I believe it's worth it at this price. I have one of my ps3s and my computer hooked up to it and it does the job well.

Edit: I would say the 3D is a plus, but I don't use it. Depending on your taste it may be big for you.

Does it work with pc gaming?

It probably works like any other display.
