According to the Amazon page for 007 Legends, the Xbox 360 version of the game will support Kinect. The online retailer goes so far as to list the game’s title as “James Bond 007 Legends Kinect”, suggesting it may even be a motion control exclusive. Nothing in the announcementsuggests otherwise, so we’ve asked Activision for clarification. 007 Legends is due on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in northern autumn.

This game is made by the same people who made NightFire, so I have hopes for it,
NightFire is the best James Bond game in my opinion, I find GoldenEye to be very overrated.

Which GoldenEye is being discussed here?  If it is the newer version, then NightFire comment may be correct.  If it is the original, you may have a case.

I actually agree. Although I love Goldeneye it was really overblown by other fans. There was no way it could live up to the hype. Nightfire on the other hand I owned for three different systems...
