I've long disliked anything to do with Zombies. It's a fad we can do without, a crutch for lazy worldbuilding even if i'll admit that certain zombie franchises do tell good stories (the love for Walking Dead seems legitimate enough)

On topic: Unless they somehow managed to keep it child-friendly it would never happen. But if it did then I'd probably buy it simply because I trust Nintendo and love survival games.
