I'm going to whole hardily disagree after playing the trial. Let me just point this one, I was never highly anticipating this game so I was very surprised at how good this game really it. Btw not all games have to have bad guys you fight or have to avoid. It's strictly a puzzle/platformer game, which imo makes it pretty unique compared to most games this gen. I love the art style that complements the gameplay and music score. It's a very unique and original game.

So let me get this straight, I should take the opinion of one person over professional reviewers? Sorry, but I'm going to have to side with the critics on this one. You state everything like it's a fact, maybe you should fix that.

It depends where you look and what games you play. This game is far from unique and there are plenty of puzzle platformers out there. The problem is for some reason reviewers are all over this and hailing it as a 10/10 game while other innovative creative efforts like Closure hardly get mentioned at all. I guess being an ass as a game developer helps getting your game noticed.

It's still a decent game, nothing wrong with a bit of relaxing exploration, but 10/10 is a bit much with the technical issues alone. And it's not difficult to see how for many it is closer to walking through a level editor then a fully developed game.

See this is a solid and valid argument. This is the first of it's kind I've played so it was original to me. I'm not saying the game is 10/10, but I would give it a solid 8/10 maybe 8.5. Now I really need to play it more for me to come to a full concusion because after all it was just a trial I played for 20 minutes. Maybe there something later on in the game we can't judge based on just playing the trial, but the game must be doing something right to get 9's and a few 10's.

Indie games, like indie movies, are generally overrated by people who want to look hip by supporting something that's not mainstream or made by a big company.

Nah bro you don't know what you're talking about, Japanese games sux Fez is the best hurr durr so perfect.

While poorly written all your complaints directed at the game are well founded and accurate but good luck if you don't get your face eaten off by morons.
