How many chapters are in the game? Just finished chapter 18 and I don't think there's too much left.

You've still got another 8 main chapters to go, and maybe even one more Paralogue to unlock.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Trying my hand at Lunatic now.

Found a way to get through Prologue without spamming Frederick and having my Tactician learning 2/3 levels. Now I only need good level ups because the Myrmidons on Chapter 1 have 13 speed and crap all over my Tactician/Frederick pair.

Current PC Build

CPU - i7 8700K 3.7 GHz (4.7 GHz turbo) 6 cores OC'd to 5.2 GHz with Watercooling (Hydro Series H110i) | MB - Gigabyte Z370 HD3P ATX | Gigabyte GTX 1080ti Gaming OC BLACK 11G (1657 MHz Boost Core / 11010 MHz Memory) | RAM - Corsair DIMM 32GB DDR4, 2400 MHz | PSU - Corsair CX650M (80+ Bronze) 650W | Audio - Asus Essence STX II 7.1 | Monitor - Samsung U28E590D 4K UHD, Freesync, 1 ms, 60 Hz, 28"

13 Speed? At that point? Pretty high...

And no word on American DLC just yet.

The Myrmidons on Prologue already have 12 and can one shot (x2 hits) your Avatar if it doesn't have SPD asset. And everything one shots Lissa because even the Barbarians and Mages have 9 Speed. Also, most of the Barbarians start with Gamble and the Myrmidons with Avoid +10.

Oddly enough, it's the start of the Prologue that's actually complicated, because there's 2 Myrmidons and 2 Barbarians that can swarm you instantly. Once you deal with that pack (and the first Mage), the rest of the stage is actually easy.

Yeah I found that when I was playing the demo; it was so hard to get off the mark in the Prologue. But I'm sure with some more practice I'll be better.

I think for Lunatic I may need a healer...didn't really use one for Hard after, say, Chapter 15. And everything after Chapter 18, noone had a Staff at all.

I had to use Healers mostly because I benched my actual game characters and went with DLC characters to even the play field. And now in Lunatic I see that healers are a must, at least until the point you can carry Elixirs on all your characters.

Thankfully Virion comes with 3 Elixirs, they'll probably be a godsend on Chapter 2.

Yeah Chapter 2 and 3 are pretty tough on Lunatic.

Yeah Chapter 2 and 3 are pretty tough on Lunatic.

I don't even want to imagine Chapter 3. At least Chapter 2 has mountains and forts for extra protection. Chapter 3 only has stupid stairs

Edit - Got some good level ups for my Tactician on Prologue, ended with 8 Str/ 7 Mag/ 8 Spd and 9 Def at Level 4. Chapter 1 is now doable with Tactician/Frederick pair alone.

For the Paralogue missions where you recruit the sons I think I have all of the female characters I married so far (only Lissa son is left), I also have Morgan and Cynthia. Don't plan to marry anyone else for this playthrough.

Nintendo and PC gamer

Why is the AI movement so damn random?. They have a weakened unit right in front of them and they just past it over and screw my entire plan >_>.

On Prologue they were much more predictable, on chapter 1 they're all over the place.
