My money is on Giantbomb or GameSpot to hipsterbomb the score.

Couldn't believe what I read. By contrast, a (more accurate) line from the DToid review: "Japan got their first Fire Emblem game in 1990 -- it took us 13 years to get one."

There are two NES, three SNES, one GBA, and one DS game that were not localized. Seven of the fourteen titles in the series. If you remove remakes and count Shadow Dragon as the first game, we've gotten six out of eleven titles. Hardly a stellar track record.

Anyway, they gave it a great score, so I'm sure it's a very positive review, but I found that laughably inaccurate opening quite amusing.

I want to. The demo was really interesting and I have wanted to get into this series. Animal Crossing comes first, though.

I just realized that EDGE isn't on record either. They are always good for a "pretty good game, 6/10" score.

fire emblem is awesome, i have it on preorder, so i was getting it nonetheless but is nice to see so many good reviews , hope they convince people that were on the fence about it , fire emblem is an excellent srpg so it deserves those scores
