Where did his source come from? I don't see any link in that post. The only numbers I see about the Vita sales are the numbers in that Bloomberg link.

The guy has a several-year long history of posting NPD data. I can't recall him being wrong before, although I haven't double-checked all his stuff. He is generally trusted on that site, though.
The creamsugar user in neogaf have access to NPD data but he/she never told how... the others guys in neogaf believe him/her because every time his/her are accurate.
The fact is the numbers are true.
Well, that's strange. Neogafers seem to trust their source, but pachter receives NPD data for sure (it's his job)...

I already saw Pachter giving wrong NPD data before (ant that's not his predictions).

Well, until proved wrong, I think he's more trustworthy than Creamsugar, don't you think? I mean, he receives those numbers absolutely. I'm o ipad right now, going to bed... pretty sure tomorrow everything is going to be sorted out.

There are more people trusting creamsugar than Pachter.
And the 125k talk is the Pachter prediction made before NPD.

Pachter doesn’t expect the Vita, which launched in February, to have a long enough tail to lift March out of its slump, predicting just 125,000 unit sales – “meaningfully below expectations”.
Pachter said anything after NPD release.
Well, either way Pach's numbers seem more legit since he receives the numbers directly. I still don't trust Pachter, but his source is more legit than a user. Hopefully it will be sorted out what the real numbers are and hopefully they are the user's since they are larger and the difference is 75k, which is quite a lot.

Yeah, there's also the fact 125k is way too low, as vg chartz hasn't overtracked anything. Like I said, tomorrow everything will sort out. G'night!
