I could not beat Journey to Sicilius and I never heard of anyone beating it without cheating. I cannot imagine anyone doing it either, as the boss taller than you could jump and would go from one side of the screen to the other, thus always damaging you no matter how good you were.

Dante must Die (at least thats what i remember the mode being called, basically the highest difficulty setting) mode on DMC3 is frustratingly difficult... but possible
