In before Gingrich make a come back, and deliver the red meat that the republican like so much: infanticide bla bla bla, barack hussein hosama bin bama will take all your gunz bla bla bla, genocide of the economy bla bla bla.

Nah, Gingrich needs to don a black cloak, and push the moon base idea. Go for the Star Wars fans. That's where his bread and butter are

All the better for Dr. Paul to pick up some more delegates and possibly make some waves at the RNC in Tampa this summer. It's basically Romney vs Paul now. Gingrich has no campaign organization and is $5 million in debt.

GOP doesn't support candidates who won't engage in the culture war and don't want to go to war with Iran, no matter how small government and not helping the disadvantaged, they are.   As of now, it is onto the Romney corronation process, as the spin begins tries to get the GOP faithful to love Romney, no matter how much Mitt's health plan is like Obama.  Obama will get framed full Anti-Christ now to make it so.

If Romney becomes the offical nominee after the convention, then I simply won't be voting for either party in the general.  I'll either write in for Dr. Paul or I just won't vote.

This is the guy everyone in the USA should be voting for

He deserves it more then anyone else, he has been trying for so long, and if ye guys don't vote for him ye might not ever get the chance to get such a great president again.

Amen to that! Dr. Paul is a true statesman and the only person in either party that is honest about what is going on both domestically and abroad.

I like Paul as much as anyone else. But thinking he has a chance, ever had a chance, is just a little delusional.

And this comes from someone who spends half their time on Reddit in the Ron Paul subreddit. The other half of course spent looking at ponies... :-]

Thats true, all you see out of the rest of them is back tracking on what they say etc. Just look at pauls record and its clear he does not back track and is an honest person.

Right.  I can't even listen to the other candidates anymore.  I got my brother, sister-in-law, and my mom to vote for Paul in the Michigan primary, my dad and my sister still need a little more work! ha

haha. But hey, all the more reason we've got a lot of work to do, yeah?  Even if he doesn't win the nomination, which it doesn't look like he will, there are so many people out there who have come out in support of Ron Paul.

I think, ultimately though, it will take another term or two with a President like Obama or Romney to really show people how much trouble we're in as country.  Ron Paul will have long since retired by then, but whomever takes his torch and runs on his platform in 2016 or 2020 are going to have tens of millions of people behind him and we'll have a much easier time getting our candidate in office.  I easily foresee presidential debates in 4-8 years where candidates are quoting Ron Paul and trying to run on his platform, sort of like what a lot of people still do with Reagan.

Make sure you work to get them to vote for him :d.

And if you ever get the chance to talk to him, tell him if he doesn't become the pres of the USA to come over to Ireland, we would be happy to have such a great guy leading us :D.

Tryin', man.  There are a LOT of closet Paul supporters whom, for one reason or another, aren't quite ready to jump on board.  2016 will be different.

dang, he was the best candidate, and wayyyyyyyyy better than Obumer.

So Romney is our next President then?
