The Legend of Zelda: a revelation for the time. Still the best zelda game imo as it gives you freedom and doesn't hold your hand
Grim Fandango: the best video game fiction, period. None even come close. Makes even the bet rpg story look like 3rd grade crap.
Shadow of the Colossus: possibly the best atmosphere in gaming history. incredible experience.
Braid: A game that shows that innovation and deep gameplay doesn't need complex controls.
Portal: same as Braid, but with a more fun and humor.
