There's far more R&C games than Resistance, 14 games compared to 4

And in sales, it's 21.34mil compared to 8.25mil. So R&C is by far the bigger series...

Im  not 1 for rules :P but in all seriousness yes 14 to 4 but if 4 games have sold over a 1/3 of what 14 games have sold the 4 games are more popular

That's cool. And it's actually really not like that. Resistance 1 sold 4mil, 2 sold 2.3mil, 3 has sold 1.1mil...it's a series on the decline.

On the other hand, 8 of those 14 games (the ones in the main series) have all sold between 1 and 3.5mil, with the main 5 games selling 2.3mil or more. It's a series with a happy fanbase, and one which can support the games. The popularity of Resistance has been falling, and it will never be as popular as R&C.

Does it matter? Both are good series'...
