What did youtube do?  I think they were upside down one year but I didn't notice anything this year.

Most companies don't participate in April Fools because it can only cause outrage from their customers.

If you watch a video there is a little icon next to where you switch the resolution. Click that and then click on "Order this video on DVD." It'll take you to another page and then watch the video. XD (Link to page: http://www.youtube.com/TheYouTubeCollection )

That would hurt Nintendo's image. Not a good idea.

What! Who keeps quoting me here. Jesus...

Did google do anything crazy this year?

Doesn't look like Google.com has but since Google owns YouTube then I guess you could say yes. If you want to see what YouTube (Google) did for April Fools then follow the link I posted earlier.

This topic was supposed to be misleading and also get input on the idea, staying true to the April Fools spirit.

Also one question, some of you say such a move would hurt Nintendo, how so? Games are leaked early all the time with a couple screens and often publishers deny the titles existence or say no comment or say its probably a joke. Then later the publisher reveals the game and everyone is shocked. Nintendo has done this tons of times especially with hardware "Their is no DS redesign coming" the same day Iwata announces DS:Lite. Nothing suggested would be out of the ordinary for a publisher the only difference is this time it would be April fools and a prank involved. If anything I bet consumers would probably laugh their asses off or not care in the slightest when the leak occurred. Share holders would find it likely amusing an interesting marketing move.

I can't see how Nintendo would be hurt!hut
