i would go about this a different route.
Produce only ONE copy of a game and sell it for whatever development budget you had including some profit, and after Bill Gates or any random billionaire or sheik has bought it for their kids, it is free to share for everyone.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Sell games that cause the console to explode. No console, no used games.

Put a sticker on the front of the game case that says, "Do not buy if used".

lol at 1$ a piece they wouldn't make a cent. It would cost nearly a dollar just to manufacture the game. Then when you factor in shipping and the retailers cut and the hardware manufacturers cut you've likely got negative 20$ a copy lol

The point is to eliminate used game sales. This has nothing to profitability.

Why do you want to get rid of such games.

Imo it expands the market...

Meaning a lot of people who would not play such games play the games and if the game is good, people would buy the next part new.

How do you think many franchises become sooo popular...

Sell the disc in a normal, sealed game case but put a picture of a huge black penis on the actual game disc. Nobody is going to return that disc to Gamestop because it would be too humiliating.

well if its on all the discs I think it would not effect it ^^

lol getting rid of used games will just shrink the video game market.

Many people do not want to spend 60 bucks on game, including my self.

The only game I bough at full price in the past 2 years is MW3.

angry birds is 1$

1 - Don't play the game.
2 - Post on forums you hated it.
3 - Sell as new.

Everyone who makes games would be broke, but consumers would be happy as hell.
