I don't think it really matters. If you look down the list of winners in any lotto a great number of them you can easily tell are definite auto generated picks. Especially when work groups win.

Random or auto generation is as good as anything else. My mum usually uses some kind of combo of family birthdays or stuff like that though.

I'm not playing, but I want to. If I somehow managed to win - even without the mega ball - I'd win enough money for the Army to allow me out of my contract.

Windfall clause FTW.

I don't usually play, but damn!!! 500 million dollars!!!!!! how can u not play!? and imagine if no one wins this time around, you could be looking at nearly 3/4 of a billion dollars!!! you could be richer than most athletes, music artists, businesses, and people in political offices!!! hell you'd be richer than certain countries!!!

Damn I'm from Massachusetts but I'm in Utah until May and it looks like Utah is not one of the states that takes part in the mega millions lottery. Does anyone know of a way to buy numbers living in one of the states that doesn't participate?

Wow that's unheard of! Even though the chances of winning would be about as good as finding an obese Ethiopian, definitely still worth trying just in case!

I guess I'm winning the lottery.  I recently had a 6 month stay in Ethiopia and there's quite a few obese ones walking around.  I'll cut you in on my winnings.
