So this is how the research basically went down: One month of sales + upcoming games announced so far + anticipation of the console= Vita will become the top selling handheld device in history by 2017?

I'm not trying to bring down the Vita by any means, hell Vita could be a great console in the futute, but this research is clearly bias. Have they even calculated what the future 3DS' numbers could be? What about the smartphones numbers against the handheld systems? Don't they serve a threat against sales? What about competition in general against the Vita and future problems? These are just random questions I came up with.

not a chance in hell, i believe. nintendo has the games that sell a ton of handheld systems in there own stable. plus they have monster hunter as well. that combination is unbeatable.

I know that the research includes the following, but how accurate is that exactly? As it stands now this isn't fully enough to make a full estimate. Many studies and researchs like this have been false before, though I'm not sure how long of a group this is for a full justified report and how much we're expecting from them. Like I said, not bringing down the Vita. By the way, does anyone have a full report of the research or is this just it?

Not until Sony Gets some Big Exclusives, not just ports and Spin-offs of PS3 games, FF-15 or even FF7 remake, GTA, COD, Steal Dragon quest and monster Hunter from Nintendo and Bring a Real Gran turismo to Vita, along with some New Amazing IP's Exclusive to Vita. Right now it looks like Sony isnt even trying.
