I'd say:
- Gears of War 4 - Huge and beloved franchise, and it will probably be a great showcase for what nextbox is capable of and UE4.
- Halo 5 - This will easily drive sales thorugh the roof.
- Alan Wake 3 (if it's hyped and marketed madly).
I'd say:
Well Halo is the obvious one
As for a Gears, I am not so sure, it sells well, but I DEFINITELY don't want Gears 4. I would happily take a game set during the Pendulum Wars though (but yes I would miss Marcus). The end of 3 had a very nice sense of closure and I don't want anything after that, everything was done
For the PS4 one, I said FF, but I don't think that will do that well as people will just get it for PS4. I don't really think that there is anything that can really crack Japan, but a spiritual successor to Lost Odyssey would probably go down very nicely (well I would certainly like it)
In terms of actual sales, I think that Forza would be a good shot, as they seem to be coming regularly and selling quite nicely
OP is too American centric.
I would say more like...
Halo 5 - America
Forza 5 - Europe
Dragon Quest XI - Japan
Yeah yeah, I know I listed DQXI in both the Sony and the MS threads, but hey, there is no denying that if either of the two somehow managed to secure the title it would benefit them greatly.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
Currently playing:
Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

For me personally:
Forza 5
Alan Wake 2
Gears of War prequel or Halo: ODST 2
Banjo Tooie 2 or similar quality platformer
Beyond Good & Evil 2 (although unlikely as an exclusive)
KOTOR 3 or similar quality RPG
Hell I could probably go the first 12 months of a new console with just these 6 games.

COD is the ultimate sysstem seller!

Alan Wake???
The Halo and GoW would make NextBox sales explode... the Alan Wake is not a BIG IP for that purpose.
