Glad they decided to go with an older protagonist. Not that Rorona/Totori were bad, but sometimes it was a little strange.

Oh, come on now. I can see your point in Rorona, but I don't think Totori felt any younger than a standard protaginist.

I think she seemed like a young teens girl.  Which only enhanced the story to my mind, some of the storyline of searching for her mother wouldn't have been as touching if she'd been an adult who can more easily deal with the situation.

The Atelier series isn't like that at all. No sort of changes were made to the US versions of the game to prevent any sort of mess.
