As for the fighting, grab his arm when he throws his punch and use his weight to throw him to the ground. Use one leg to trip him if possible while doing it for maximum effect.

You have one chance to win, and thats punching him as many times in the face as you can. All this talk about trying to wear him down and dancing around throwing jabs is never going to work. The second the fight starts just start punching his face and going straight for his nose and nothing else. Whatever you do don't stop until the fight is getting broken up.

If you can get a perfect punch to the sternum then it will be one load fall. Most fat guys also have fat legs so get him off balance if you can.
