Indian can be considered a race. In my country indian is a race, recognised by our government.

You seem to forget that race is just a social construct and is relative to a specific society. For example, if you are indian (doesnt matter what type of indian you are) you will be considered indian in my country not caucasian, which has a strong connotation to the white race.

i think you are confusing caucsian with europe because of USA thinking which has spread around the world because of pop culture

hell leave light skin,a caucasian doesn't need to be necessarily fair skinned

also there is nothing as complete 'white' or 'black'

if that was the case then alot of the african population would be called white cause they aren't near complete black or alot of europeans would be called black cause they aren't completely white.
