i think you are confusing caucsian with europe because of USA thinking which has spread around the world because of pop culture

also there is nothing as complete 'white' or 'black'
if that was the case then alot of the african population would be called white cause they aren't near complete black or alot of europeans would be called black cause they aren't completely white.
