As much as I'm not a fan of tablets/phones for gaming, I can't help but feel that they're probably a great platform for World of Goo (though the accuracy of the mouse might be better). How does it compare to other versions?

I have the Ipad, PC version and Wii version og World of Goo.. and the iPad version is superior due to the controls..not only it is accurate (screensize is big enough), you can also use 2 fingers to place 2 goos at the same time, which improves the gameplay for me, cause I can adjust towers way faster if needed..

im 100% getting this game

The game I always play is jubeat plus (jukebeat outside of Japan), it's a rhythm game. (music packs can get expensive though)

I also have Risk, Monopoly, Scribblenauts Remix. iSlash is also pretty good and fun in short stints.

My friend is always playing Kingdom Rush on his iPad.

I'm also thinking about picking up some of the Cave (bullet hell) shooters once I get my iPad on Friday. (I sold my iPad 1 last month as I planned on getting the new one.)

World of Goo sounds nice, although I already have the PC version.

Need to try out Back to the Future (adventure game) as well, the first episode is free I believe so you can try it out.

While I really love the Cave shooters only 2 of them are optimized for the IPad: Espagulda 2 and Bug Princess while DoDonpachi Blissefull Death is coming..

you should get Darius Burst... which is awesome...

anyone notice that these bullethellshooters are among the most expensive games? even Rayforce and Space invader infinite Gene..

They may be more expensive, compared to other ios games, but I paid a lot more for them when I bought them on the 360 in Japan!
