I am an actual doctor, ask away.

Should I be worried that  my neck cracks. It's a similar kind of sound to my knuckles cracking, except that it takes hours before I can crack my knuckles again wheras my neck can do it every time if I lean my head back and rotate anti-clockwise. From online research I believe it's cartilage folding between vertibrae then snapping back into place, but I wouldn't mind knowing if it is harmless or not.

My neck does that all the time, if I twirl my head all I can hear is *crack* *crack* *crunch*. Been like that all my life.

I can crack the fingers in my right hand as much as I like with no break, no idea why

Also, I can do this thing where I can sort of breathe in with my mouth shut and trap air in my throat and sort of "burp" it out (it's hard to explain xD) nobody else I know can do it- what's up with that?

Got an injury in my wrist from work. Went to the doctor last week got xrays, nothing broken he mentioned the ligament could be messed up and sent me out said to wait a few weeks longer???

From when I first got the injury it's going to be almost three months and theres still the same amount of pain when I put weight on it and somethings popping in my wrist which it never done before and can be quite painful.

Any ideas?

No you should not be worry; this is normal in some patients with more lax joints than others. The crack usually either comes from subluxing the joint then re-aligning it again. Some theories that doing to repeatedly can hasten development of osteoarthritis, but you will get OA as u get older anyways since it comes from wear and tear of the cartilaginous cushioning between bone. I would avoid grinding any joints on purpose, but no convincing evidence that this is prognostic for any disease process.
