Some theories that doing to repeatedly can hasten development of osteoarthritis, but you will get OA as u get older anyways since it comes from wear and tear of the cartilaginous cushioning between bone. I would avoid grinding any joints on purpose, but no convincing evidence that this is prognostic for any disease process. |
