i hope it doesnt take forever to localize, i never played persona but that oe spiked my interest |
Persona 4 was my first venture into Persona and it instantly wiped the floor with a lot of the RPGs I've played before.

Sorry, my mistakes then. Gundam was being discussed being a port on Neogaf and I fell for it. Anyway, that's great news, gundam is big and can help vita quite a bit! |
I know persona will help it aswell and the phantasy star 2 online even though it's multi-plat with the PC.

Amazing game, it'll blow your mind - terrible pun!

3DS is going to use the Vita as a punching-bag for 2012 in Japan for sure.
New Super Mario Bros. 3D + 3DS redesign alone ensures it.
Pso2 that is on pc?
While no doubt some will try and run a bit of damage control you have to admit that is pretty disappointing really.
Wouldnt expect it to push vita sales much. Sony need 100% new and exclusive games, not ports, dumbed down versions of other games.
Other then persona 4 couldn't give a monkies about the other games.

I don't think persona will do miracles... and Phantasy Star is still a year away at best.
Sony needed more. It needed Capcom, Level 5 or Squeenix.

i wouldnt worry too much, i'm sure sony has more up their sleeve. they are doing a lot too create awareness of the consumer towards the hardware and the games will keep pouring in.
consumer generated content seems like something that will atract a lot of people in japan, especially if you can share what you make with other players, i think thats a great idea.
big titles will surelly be announced through famitsu or tgs.

I actually want Phantasy Star Online 2 for the PS3 though anyways is the event already over its just 8 p.m here |
Vita needed games anyway and I like the idea of it. You can now play MMO on your handheld. I have been dreaming of it. Hoping for an english version.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is better than I hoped for, I had much fun with the original on DC
I need a definite localization confirmation before I can be happy though.

You're too optmistic. It'll cross lines with the gamecube soon, sales-wise. And there's a possibility of crossing the Dreamcast line too - the only thing impending this is Vita's good launch numbers, because weekly numbers are somewhat the same! The dreamcast, the videogame that launched in japan with 3 games is doing similar numbers with vita!
Sony can't afford to wait till tgs, imo!
