Hi guys, it is my first post here. I had an idea about Nintendos fruit obsession, which I wanted to share with you. I intended to create a seperate threat but since I am new, that is not possible. If someone of you thinks this is worth its own topic you are welcome to create it and copy paste my post.

You may have noticed that all the last Nintendo Directs started with a bizarre look at a fruit (I think among them was a banana, orange and a carrot). Obviously they want to hint on something .. but what?! I thought about which Nintendo character likes fruits ... and guess what .. it is Yoshi! The fact that Nintendoland features a game called "Yoshis Fruit Kart" hardens my suspicion. Given also the rumors and leaks about Yoshis Island, it seems that a new Yoshi game is really upon us. Now what do you think? Do they really intend to hint on Yoshi with all that fruit obsession? And does the fact that they are spreading these hints across so many Nintendo directs mean, that we can expect a major installment in the franchise?

Welcome to the forum! And that's a mighty fine first post, if I may say so.

I like the way you're thinking! Could it be Yoshi's Fruit Island? ^^ They're trying to say something indeed!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

The carrot at the beginning of the Nintendo Direct Japan was weird, that's for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if a new Yoshi game for Wii U is on the way.

But you should definitely make a thread once you pass the 50 post threshold.

Welcome to the site :)

Fruit Ninja coming to WiiU for a cool $59.99?

@ElPresidente: all you have to do is spam these forums like crazy; that's what spurgeryan, NintendoPie and pezus does anyways ;) you don't know who they are yet, but you surely will if you stick around ^^

Well, I'm biased, but I think this is by far one of the more intelligent forums around ze interwebz, so you've come to the right place for all things gaming imo ^^

I just found something curious about the e-shop here in Mexico, the retail games that were never released here have their american prices converted in pesos directly (except for nintendo games) like Hotel Transylvania or Harvest Moon: A new beggining and the games oficially released have their retail prices
