That screen is going to look gorgeous! It's definitely the biggest improvement. No other tablet even comes close to that. It blows away even 1080p screens. 1080P is 2 megapixels and this screen will be 3.1 megapixels!

So no revolutionary tactile feedback stuff?

It still has the home button. Heard rumours it was going buttonless (due to the invite picture).

Just what everyone was expecting really... no huge surprises. Still this is a great update. The Retina display should look gorgeous - just imagine photos on such a display. My girlfriend has a 14MP Nikon and she takes awesome pictures with it but the best way to look at them currently is our TV which "only" supports 1080p.

Still on the fence on this one... it's a great piece of hardware but the next wave of Macbook Pros is rumored to have even higher resolution displays - 2880x1800 pixels... holy lord that would be one gorgeous display for a 15" notebook. Guess I'll have to wait one more month till Ivy Bridge is out before I decide on what to buy

"Bild" is even worse than "Spiegel" and they are pretty bad when it comes to Apple.  I grew up on Apple computers and I'm a happy owner of an iPhone and a Macbook Pro but sometimes it's just mind blowing how the media is all crazy for Apple. I wonder if they get some special deals (like a free notebook for a good review) for it.
