We don't have solid proof on this, when you're on the payroll you're not gonna piss your boss off by telling the public they forced him to use Kinect.

im not sure microsoft could force pete to do anything he didnt want to do. hes too crazy(in a good way of course, cause pete is awesome) for that, imo.

if i had to guess i would wager then i would probably say that his vision and erratic behaviour was causing tension with the team (as shown by the other group leaving) and he chose to leave than cause more people to leave.

Seems like a lot of developers are losing their head people's these days.

This is bad news for Sony and Nintendo. Hopefully his games will stay exclusive to MS and Kinect.

I'm happy for Peter Molyneux, not for Lionhead.

This is the man who created Populous and Black and White. And then he started working for Microsoft, and it all started to go wrong. He really can't work for a big company. I'm sure anything he makes with a small independent studio will be fantastic.

I haven't read reports about issues between Molyneux and Microsoft. He's a overhyper, that's for sure, but does that effect the Microsoft relation?

OT: Guys are being too harsh on this guy. Fable was one of the better stuff and I used to give some respect to Molyneux for being a part of it. I don't know about just one guy, but lionhead is definitely worse off now with all the (5?) guys leaving them.
