Everyone can argue with me but the key point of the original topic was that Microsoft had their best year last year and this year they are expecting it to be even better. Think about it, really, what made their year the best?

Let me spell that out for you kids so the case can be closed. No one in here has anything to do with it, unless you are buying Kinect bundles.

Interesting news. I think they could totally accomplish that too with a price cut on the 360 and kinect. Seems like they want to push their online gaming sector too, what with all the big name XBLA games coming out this year. I don't think I've ever seen XBLA games have such a big budget.

Stage just can't help himself. There's just isn't enough news about the ps3 atm so he gets in his moods. It really doesn't help if anything positive is attibuted to 360 (like what's going on now) and it turns into a shit storm for stage, he just can't handle it so he goes on his little tempertantrums.     

Well to be honest it isn't an isolated thing. It is a common theme on this forum that people have their head up the arse of trivia and bias. How else can you have games like Halo, Mario Kart, Wii Sports etc classified as unimportant compared to games which excite the particular demographics here?

How does a forum based on a site around sales have such terrible sales discussions? It is ok to talk about games which you like but that certainly doesn't reduce the importance of some of the big guns, for instance Halo 4 is expected this year and as the sequel to a 10M plus franchise that certainly counts as part of a 'big year' for this console manufacturer.

Heres a quote for you from the topic. Lets see if you can comprehend what biggest made the year big and what will become bigger this year. They are talking about sales, not games.  If 2011 was a huge year for 360 as far as exclusives are concerned, then so be it. I enjoy my 360 just fine, but it doesn't mean I cant read through press. I'm not attacking you, so your insecure feelings need to stop.

Comprehend and see the bold. The Kinect is selling faster than the 360 did itself. Lets increase that thought now. Its selling consoles as well and peripherals It's already over a quarter of the install base and its been a year and some months.

You are an educated gamer, what are they pioneering in first party? The Kinect can only be that place.

Well last year I can't think of any 360 exclusive release beside Gears of War 3, this year they have already 2: Star Wars Kinect and Halo 4. Imo MS is focusing on their new console and Kinect. Ever since 2009 I felt like MS was lacking in exclusives, it used to be different in the beginning of this gen, when MS had Kameo, Japanese RPGs like Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Banjo Kazooie, now its only Gears and Halo iterations x.
