What is Megaevolving?!! confused and excited O.O

 

Edit: OH!! I GET IT! Cool, that means Mewtwo doesnt have an evolved form, thats it for mewtwo, that makes it 10X better

yep there both banned exadrill with sand rush is overpowered. 

 

when i first heard the news i thought it was stupid but after looking at them they look nice and they gave boast to two of my favorivate pokemon 


Wow, had no idea! I only recently got back into Pokemon in preparation for X/Y so you'll have to excuse my lack of common knowledge. D:

 

I still needs more details before I can officially say I like Mega Evolutions or not. Speaking of which we also need more info on the fairy type, aswell as a billion other things lol.


im just going by what we have so far the only one i really dony like is mewtwo but i mean i could change with new info and im kind of baised in the sense that Amphros is my favorite pokemon.

 

i agree with the fairy info but i dont think we will get that till the october corocoro



Amphoros deserved this mega evo! Dragon typing O.o..... Look out for a Shocking Dragon Sheep lol.

Wobuffet isn't in the tier list of uber in smogon's record but can be greatly used against people who use ubers.

And Kyruem is a between overused and underused  : D But Kyruem-W is uber.



Wait, does uber not necessarily equal banned, cause I recall seeing Landorus and Thundorus in some VGC battles, including finals at nationals.

first of all, is like a rip-off of the Digimon burst mode...

also, it will make some Pokemon overpowered and make some even more useless...

But that'd only be 4 days before the game came out! Surely the September issue or a Nintendo Direct or something will spill the beans before then!

Different metagames, friend. The smogon tier list accounts for singles, all ubers cannot be used in ou (standard) or any tier below. However, the tier list does not apply to doubles or VGC. VGC rules (which smogon applies to all double battles), including banned pokemon, are decided by Nintendo themselves and updated every year preceeding the official VGC event.

Since VGC is much faster and more aggressive then singles, many powerhouses that get booted to ubers in the standard metagame prove to be much more balanced in VGC.

actually most likly it it would be 2-5 days after corocoro comes out around the 12 we will get the leaks 4 days early but i was debateding the nintendo direct but i think its somthing they want the early adopters to find out on there own but i could see them doing it in setember but my gut fealing is they will do it in october

i dont now i dont follow that closly but if i rember correctly they did Modified the rules for the 2013 vgc but i dont know if they changed the list of allowable pokemon or if they will change it in the future
