Wobuffet isn't in the tier list of uber in smogon's record but can be greatly used against people who use ubers.

And Kyruem is a between overused and underused  : D But Kyruem-W is uber.

Wait, does uber not necessarily equal banned, cause I recall seeing Landorus and Thundorus in some VGC battles, including finals at nationals.

the vgc allows some uber pokemon really the only banned ubers at vgc are legendaries
