Thats what you get for charging SHIT prices, doing crap bundles and having overall terrible service. Not surprised by their situation.

What, why the hell did they have a pre-order lined up if they couldn't fulfil it?
Seeing as I have quite a bit of store credit at Gamestation, I will not be very impressed if I go in on 9th March and find this is true. I know I'll be demanding they turn my store credit into cash.

For some reason i did with Assassin's Creed Revelations even though i didn't need to. Honestly though, if they can't stock major games like Mass Effect 3 from a mjor publisher like EA, 'reimbursing you' with £5 store credit seems rather pointless as that will be worthless once GAME goes under (which looks like it'll be happening sooner rather than later).
What... damn the only store i have here where im living its a Game and i was going to buy Mass 3 there... Guess i need to buy it online.

I think it more to do with everyday stores people use like Tesco, Sainsburys' and the rest of them all getting heavily into game sales, and even second hand trade-ins. |
I can see that, although many of the stores only really do competative deals on consoles, games are not that great in supermarkets, Battlefield 3 was still £35 in Sainsburys yesterday, you can get it online for less then £18. HMV only recently introduced 2nd hand trade ins, supermarkets don't do it.

Save it, surely there is another game not by EA that is coming out soon. It's getting to March time which usually includes lots of good releases. I've got quite a bit in Gamestation on a reward card and in credit, was going to use it all on Twisted Metal.
Hmm, pie.

Wow, that is pretty bad then!
I only managed to get a 360 copy of ME3 N7 edition on monday!!!!! Bastards. I also have about £75 of gift cards that I now need to spend. I was saving some of it for ME3, now I need to find the cash instead.

Having thought it through now, this it my plan. Being in a similar situation to you (with a fair amount of store credit that could potentially disappear in the near future). I plan on going down to my local Game/Gamestation store in the next few days to get my £5 store credit. Seeing as I hate Game for doing this to me, but I currently despise EA even more for creating this ********* situation, I plan on getting a pre-owned copy of something like Kingdoms of Amalur to screw them back (like hell will I be paying for the online pass). Then I will go down the street to Grangier Games to place a new pre-order for Mass Effect 3.
Incidentially, am I right to depise EA for this? Knowing what the Reapers are capable of, do they have the ability to bend reality and alter dimensions to stop recruits joining the war against them???
Zavvi.com appear to be making the most of Games situation. They're offering double reward points on purchases of EA products, double referal points if you refer a friend to Zavvi and they purchase an EA product, entry to a prize draw and exclusive content for EA games. Looks like they're trying to grab a large number of Game customers with this. Seems like a good idea to me. Anyone else agree?
