Some weird choices for games you will have to play forever.

Anyway mine are

Halo 3

Dota 2

Skyrim(PC)<-so mod support

Team Fortress 2

Advance Wars: Duel Strike

All essentially have unlimited replay value and could very well last me a few dozen years assuming they continue to have an active fanbase..
