I lived in Orange County, CA for 16 years (Lived 20 minutes away from Disneyland, saw the fireworks every night And I meant I'm going to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, not Japan. Gonna get myself so Butterbeer. |
I've been specifically warned against Butterbeer by a fellow study abroad student i met here who lives in Orlando. He says its very overwhelming, and not in a good way.
@ Signalstar, yes and no. You have to be careful for gold-diggers, because the Japanese assume that all Americans (unless they're GIs) are rich, so some women may show an interest in an effort to pump you for some money. American men have the advantage in that Japan is slow to adapt to women's rights, so some Japanese women who might be opposed to traditional women's roles may look for a Westerner to love as an out.
Otherwise they're about as receptive as anywhere else.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Also... when you live in Florida Disney and all the other theme parks become very bland and boring since you have gone to them too many times. xD
