An Easter egg!

yeah haha

on wiki:

"In the United States, doner kebab is not widely known, except in some larger cities with a strong Mideastern immigrant community"

so it seems it's really not very well known in the states. in germany: "Annual sales in Germany amount to 2.5 billion euros"

lol :)

Lol, I was talking about the camel with no hump or legs! :)

Is it just Gyro or is Gyro just a variety of it? Gyro is one of my favorite foods.

yeah it's some kind of that but gyro is with pig and that's not with pig. some kind of different spicing and so on but you could say one of both s a variety of the other but no clue which was first. that's from turkey and gyro is from greece. they are neighbour countries so...

That's interesting. Where I'm from, gyro is made with lamb, beef and chicken. x.o

at least both words (döner and gyros) mean the same. it's the same word just in turkish and greek. but döner kebap  comes from turkey and gyros fom greece and there they make it only with pig and in turkey they make it, of course, not with pig^^  there they make it with lamb and in other european countries with beef and chicken as well. (not sure if they have other meat in turkey as well or still only lamb)

Just finished a tasty hot dog...
