Well that was an unexpected victory. But yeah, you have to be there to pick up the pieces and Rosberg (and Vettel) were there.

That was strange. Can't believe Mercedes called in Hamilton at the last minute. He had a huge lead, and overtaking is difficult here. Did he have a puncture or something?

Nope, just a strategy call. One which they got completely wrong and acknowledged.

Will be interesting to see how Hamilton reacts. He's very much a momentum and confidence driver and this will have knocked his confidence in the team if not himself. He seems to have matured slightly over the last couples years; time to put that to the test.

not much point not choosing the mercs & ferrari,looks like vettel & massa got tings wrong in qualy

a new american team Haas incoming next season by the sounds of it,using ferrari tech should be good if they got some cash to compete
