SE should just make FF exclusive to playstation again
XIII-2 PS3 is almost on par with XIII's opening which is astounding, but on xbox 360 it's bombed.
Edit: Global SW isn't up, only global HW is up.
I haven't checked sales in a while so this is surprising to me. Nobody bought a Vita in any region other than Japan? I would expect this from North America, but Europe is surprising!
This is terrible!

This is why headstarts are nice. Take note Sony.

That makes no sense at all. Building a version for the 360 would be very cheap. It has sold 190k already. Opening to 152k in the US alone. More than either version of Soul Calibur 5. You may as well state that they should simply stop making soul caliburs. In fact in America Bioshock 2 had a similar opening - 330k for 360 and 132k for PS3. Should they make bioshock a 360 exclusive?
The fact is that the increase in cost to also produce a 360 version is really not that high. That's why so many games have gone multiplatform. Because really you don't need massive sales on the second system to account for the cost of building it on that system.
Square really shot themselves in the foot though. The first proper final fantasy released on the 360 and it's the worst one in the main series. I imagine it killed off a lot fans on the system. Whereas a lot of the longtime fans bought a PS3 expecting 13 to be exclusive.
I hope 13-2 sells far far less than 13 and then maybe square will realise they actually need to make good Jrpgs to keep selling.

Then ioi took it down again.
It was up for a few minutes, trust me.
Although I was indeed wondering why we went from USA Weekly to Global Weekly without having seperate charts for Japan, Europe and UK, France, Germany.

This makes no sense at all considering it's launched only around 200-300K beneath FFXIII which is expected for a FF sequel.
If XIII-2 proves anything then its that FF is far from dead.
Seems like the software sales has been fixed now but most of them received a little drop (
