I think Kaz will do good cause the execs in Japan listen to him. Sony is too disjoint right now. As was mentioned before, good or bad, Stringer really couldn't do anything for the company cause each division could make their own decision and as you can see, weren't the best of decisions. Sony's biggest problem are the execs in Japan and I feel Kaz can reign them in under control and unify the company.

Man Rol, u looove to hate on the Vita. There's no denying its a solid piece of hardware, even if u do have bias due to love for another company. Come on, get out of denial and just admit it already!
Oh, and OT: I hope Kaz has the turnaround magic Sony needs. It seems like he believes in some strong, positive concepts (e.g. making sure future Sony consoles are easy to develop for), but I fear the changes he brings wont be different or drastic enough.
Good decision, as Kaz is very competent.
But whos gonna replace him as head of Playstation? It will be hard for whoever replaces him to be as good.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
