Blistered Thumbs

Blistered Thumbs has learned from a reliable source that Namco is developing a brand new Dragon Ball Z game for Kinect. This title is not associated with the yearly fighting franchise, rather it is a stand alone game being made exclusively for the Kinect. Our source tells us the game will be able to read your movements and allow you to perform a number of the famous attacks from the beloved DBZ anime series (Kamehameha anyone?).

While they did not get into the specifics of modes, story, and other features they did tell us this game has been in the testing stage for quite some time and that Namco believes they have a big hit on their hands. Keep in mind, because the game is so early on in development and not even officially announced, many aspects of the project could change. Didn't some guy already make kamehameha thingy with kinect on pc? Seems like this would be exactly the same thing lots of times over but with really looooong shouty dialogue

This would have been a great idea 10 or 15 years ago.

Should be interesting. I'm willing to demo the final results and see how it played. The technology wasn't there 10-15yrs ago. Right now, it's still in its infant stages.

you could also do kamecha and spirit bomb on Wii with BT3 as well

I was wondering to myself the other day as to how a future DBZ game could possibly be worse than Ultimate Tenkaichi, and that the franchise can only go up from here. Then I see this thread...
