Wow, they have to pretty much copy the courses exactly and combine it with crappy physics and I am assuming terrible controls. They could at least make some new courses and they deserved to be sued just over the courses alone.

My only problem is, if they copied it, couldn't they have copied it right? Like look at those characters getting damaged or run over.....it is so sad.
