Propaganda is the biggest part of any war as it makes majority of the people without knowledge go to war for their governments.

Call of Duty MW3 - Russia

Battlefield 3 - Iran

Homefront - North Korea

All of the above countries don't like USA and dollar's economic hegemony with both euro and dollar with debt on its head.US pushing Iran sactions.we know whats going to follow.

and the third one was tricked into a war if you follow the storyline of MW.

War is coming again it's just around the corner, Iran is tipped to be the next, I don't say the west is right, If they are then why do they lie to the people (Like Iraq war), but what is war good for actually (Nothing), Only few benefit from war (They are rich cos of it) the world suffers as a result from it (Unlike they try to convince us it's good for global economy), End though I don't think THQ, Activision, Or EA are paid for this propaganda, Unlike Satellite, & news Channels who speak only government tongue, It's really sad.

Drastic lack of China is puzzling me, it's supposed to belong to the Axis of Evil, right? So where is the game where I can freely kill Chinese and bomb their cities?

Not really. A minority of people like you may lap up such unnecessary small points as "conspiracies" and love to think there is some massive propaganda going on to make life seem more interesting.

The vast majority of us however are wise and don't take much notice of it.

The majority is never wise. I'm not a misanthrope, but let's be realistic here :D

Propaganda or informational warfare (whatever you call it) is the reality of this world regardless of actual military conflicts, yet it always accompanies them. Though I won't go so far to consider these games as pieces of someone's master plot to deceive people. People are dumb enough to be happy to deceive themselves. So these games are aftermath of said propaganda at the best, people just selling what other people are willing to buy.

Obviously they're just using settings they believe are popular, exciting or realistic.

As if attacks on any of those countries would lead to world war? Though realist forces sometimes push these countries towards one another, ultimately they are too isolated to breed anything more than regional conflicts, and too weak to really pose much of a long-term threat
