Me too, though not quite that extreme. in one the civil war quests, I had to get some documents off 1 guy, and the only way was to kill him, I felt really bad and ran straight to the guards to pay my bounty.
Like darthVolod said, it is all about the immersion, and despite the glitches and few oddities (dialogue lines are the same wherever you are, so they often reccomend you head over to where you already are...) in Skyrim I do really feel like I am hurting people and doing bad things if I do, but for Daedric quests and the like, I end up doing bad things occassionally, though I try to help people in the best way I can. The difference in Skyrim is that there is no Karma meter, and stuff is more grey than just black and white, so I do always do what I think is nicest (though I do occassionally get lazy...)
In Mass Effect, I mostly feel the people I am being mean to are evil themselves (though I only ever ended the Wrex dispute in 1 way because he is fantastic), so I don't feel so bad playing as an evil guy, but I am always the good guy first.
