Standard controller is more versatile (right now). There's not much you can't do with them. MoCo's are better in certain situations but you just can't beat "old faithful".

1. Regular Controllers (Good for EVERYTHING)
2. Move (Good for games that require fast aiming and spatial manipulation)
2. Kinect (Good for party, health fitness, Fruit Ninja, and voice commands)

Headsets....?

No you can just speak into your kinect and it will do simple commands

I think he meant - correctly - that voice commands aren't really unique to Kinect.  It's really software based and could be used on any device with a microphone (Kinect design does greatly aid in pickup but it's nothing specific to Kinect).

Conventional all the way for all but dance central and Kinect sports.

I tried the move and sharpshooter with Killzone and resistance 3 and couldn't stand it.

Actually i find motion control (like wiimote & move) to be more versatile than regular controllers. It improves fps control, it improves 3rd person shooters (as shown by RE 4), it improves most sports games, its better than standard controllers for rts type games.
You can even use it to play platformers or hack and slash,it just depends on how the developer utilizes it. The only time I see myself wanting a standard controller is for figthing games.

You point out that I said Kinect is good for voice commands (which is true!) and totally ignore that I used the number 2 twice?

Actually, none of the things I named are unique to anything.  I just named their strengths.  Just like how you can aim quickly with a regular controller or play a Dance Game (like Space Channel 5) with a controller.

I figured since Move and Kinect (in this contest) were being classed as one and the same so....?

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Motion controls have not been fully utilized yet, I have move and almost all game where both move and regular contoller were options I prefered the I preferred the regular controller, exceptions Little Big Planet and Child of Eden

I know.  I was just clarifying the other post as I saw it.  BTW is there a logical flaw in your position on conventional controllers - good for everything: does that include motion control games :)

You view is pretty much mine ATM.  Just seems how the controllers each play to certain strenghs.
