well, that would force sony to write an emulator for ps2 which was at least dropped for ps3. remakes would be possible but would cost money to do.
otherwise they would have to integrate ps2-hardware in a new console what i consider as "won't happen".
for ps3-games on ps4:
sony could still rely on cell and ppc so it would not be hard to write an "emulator" (more of a wrapper) -> ps3-games possible.
if sony does *not* rely on cell they would have to write an emulator which i also consider as "won't happen". no hardware by now could emulate the ps3, not to mention cycle-perfect.
other option: remakes of old games, just like ps2.
