This used to be a great chart before this redesign. It gave people the ability to see the best selling games for each year. Now it's gone. Where is it?

you said it yourself, it's gone. It will be back though if that was what your poorly worded question meant.
It got removed, during the busiest time of the Year for sales/ people interested in sales.
It'll be back sometime later.
The feature was clearly too good for this site. Right?

we can't see weekly records too.
there ihas been no update since the release of MW3
It will be back - as part of paid for feature set ;)
