could be, but the fungi ant link plus quarantine zone etc makes me think of biological warfare add in the seccong hing from Geoff Keighley "Would you believe there really are secrets still left in the game industry?" which sounds like it could have something to to with espionage. So the game is ether a Syphon Filter reboot or Agent IMO

I'm starting to think it is a Syphon Filter reboot. Syphon Filter is a new form of biological weapon. I'm not sure if its origins are revealed, but I do know the first scene of the game is of the terrorists burning proof of their work in a jungle. A similar environment those ants live in. Also, Syphon Filter is said to be able to target specific demographics. In Planet Earth, it is said that there are thousands of types of that fungi, each that targets a specific species. Maybe this will be the new explanation of Syphon Filter's origins.

Pretty much, you will probably be the last of your squad and you will have to kill off you zombified squad mates one by one...

The protagonist of the game is not Solid snake but Liquid snake, it will take place before the events of Shadow Moses.
