What the deuce is up with the Epliepsy warning everytime you switch on the console?

The update is more for VITA intergration, than adding Features for PS3. I was hoping 4.00 would be a substantial update, but alas, It didn't bring as many features as say 2.40 or 3.00
I am surprised noone got the epilepsy reference...

I did eventually and also I don't think we'll see any dramatic updates for the ps3 till the day it dies.

Considering every instruction manual gives a warning, all games that could cause an attack give a warning and people who normally get them ought to be vigilant...I feel putting them every time you switch on the console is overkill.
