Forums - Nintendo - This Video Demonstrates Just How Precise The Legend Of Zelda Skyward Sword Controls Are

This is for the ignorant people out there claiming the controls are bad. I don’t get how this game could be played wrong tbh!

Edit: come to think of it, if you’re ignorant why would you even watch this video? :P

Controls are bad when they are precise. They are good when they aren't precise.

This is how motion control games should be. I really don't have the time presently but this really makes me want to get and play SS RIGHT NOW.

Currently Playing: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Anticipating: Xenoblade, The Last Story, Mario Kart 7, Rayman Origins, Zelda SS, Crush3D, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, MGS:Snake Eater 3DS, RE:Revelations, Time Travellers, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Luigi's Mansion 2, MH TriG, DQ Monsters, Heroes of Ruin

yeah like how Metroid Prime 3 had too good controls it lost a few points :P

i see now how it works :O

Those who complained about the controls (or more precisely, the Gamespot guy, don't know of anyone else) had totally different issues with the controls, which are clearly debunked in such videos.

I used to be the BIGGEST Zelda fan going.

I have finished every Zelda game upto Majoras Mask.

Including the original Gameboy version.

I look at this video and want so much to love it. An I know you will all hate me, but I want the graphics diretion of where Zelda was going before WW. Ocarina of Time was more serious and grownup. WW was so drawnback in terms of storytelling, look and even the puzzles were to easy for me.

I'm sorry, but I'm more guutted I feel this way than all you current Ninty fans will feel that I think this.
Hell I wrote an 8th grade paper on Ninteno loved them that much..

Wow how times change.

I actually think this game looks more like Ocarina of Time's graphics than any game prior to it.

The odd games out of the bunch are wind waker and twilight princess's graphics.

Good vid though i do have some problems with it. Though its still great.

Looks awesome!!

I actually think the art style looks like a 3D version of that found in ALttP.  If art style matters that much to you, did you love TP?
